Before working with Sally I didn’t take care of myself or put myself first. I have now revisited the limiting beliefs which were holding me back and have established a positive relationship with food and myself. This course is a journey of self-discovery and healing.

I had tried lots of traditional diets but nothing ever stuck and I’d end up 'falling off the wagon' and feeling defeated. Doing Sally’s course has completely changed my outlook on what and how I eat.
I don't feel I'm missing out because I can eat whatever I want to if I'm actually feeling hungry but sometimes I don't want food and I'm now able to identify if that sensation is tiredness, thirst or frustration instead.

Before doing the Love food, Love you course I binge ate in an attempt to control my anxiety about areas of my life that I felt were out of control.
Since doing the course I no longer binge eat, I am aware of only eating when I am hungry and I stopwhen I am satisfied. I don’t feel as though I’m depriving myself and I have removed the guilt fromeating and the food choices I make. This course effectively changes your way of eating in a way that is sustainable and without being too scary and overwhelming. I strongly recommend it.

Before the course I wasn’t coping. I felt guilty, was yo-yo dieting, bingeing and comfort eating. I had a very poor body image. Now I no longer buy diet foods and I enjoy EVERY mouthful of food knowing exactly when I’ve had enough. I no longer eat unless I am truly hungry and I am processing feelings in a much better way.
